John Chantarasak of AngloThai, which is currently in residence at Outcrop, is getting some of his best chef mates together for a spesh charity dinner to raise money for Fiona and Nic of Modal Wines. Fiona has been undergoing medical treatment for cancer, which was diagnosed in September 2021 and the funds raised from this dinner will go towards supporting them. Santiago Lastra (of Kol), Chantelle Nicholson (of Apricity), Robin Gill of Darby’s, Sorella, Bottle & Rye and Rye by the Water), Alexis Noble (of Wander) and Douglas McMaster (of Silo), who are all big supporters of Modal Wines, will be joining John in the kitchen to cook up a one-off six-course dinner for the occasion.
Tickets are £100, with two sittings on the night, and all proceeds will be donated to Fiona and Nic, so support a great cause by bagging yours below.
