Withthe unveiling of the Amy Winehouse statue in Camden, the late-British soul singer is on the forefront of everyone’s minds.
Well now you can put that thought to good use, thanks to the creation of a new 2000 square-foot exhibition curated by the singer’s former tattoo artist and close friend, Henry Hate. Named after a line in Winehouse’s song ‘Help Yourself’, the ‘When I Walk In Your Shoes’ exhibition will feature pieces celebrating the singer’s life and work from Hate, as well as the likes of globally-renowned burlesque star Dita Von Teese and artist Katy Gib.
Still not persuaded? All proceeds from the sale of the artwork will go straight to the Amy Winehouse foundation, so that’s your good deed for the year sorted too if you snag yourself a piece.
