AMERICAN TAKEOVER BY TOM CENCI AT CHICAMA

The U S of A will be in the house at Chicama as Tom Cenci takes over the Chef’s Table for two days with an all-American menu. Tom has worked at 1 Lombard Street, Noble Rot and Duck & Waffle and now he’s putting his spin on American comfort food with a truly epic sounding menu.

We’re talking deep fried pickles with blue cheese ranch, corn dogs, shrimp po’boys with prawn cocktail crisps, a crab smash (that’s a crab, sausage, potato and corn combo), homemade pop tarts and cherry cola floats. As the Chicama team has said, tickets “will fly out the door faster than Donald Trump’s wig in a hurricane”, so you best get booking if you want in. Tickets for the dinners, which take place on the 26th and 27th of February, are £55 per person.
