We may not celebrate Thanksgiving this side of the pond but Black Friday is definitely something we can get on board with, and Amazon is holding its biggest ever Black Friday sale this year with a ten-day extravaganza. There’ll be thousands of deals across the site on beauty, homeware, toys, electronics, fashion games and more, including ‘Deals of the Day’ and ‘Lightning Deals’, and you’ll even be able to see the products before you buy with the AR (augmented reality) View in the Amazon app.
Amazon is also bringing back the Home of Black Friday pop-up shop, split into eight themed areas (kitchen, tech zone, bedrooms etc) which’ll be open in Shoreditch from 22nd – 25th November, staying open around the clock on Black Friday itself. The likes of Whole Foods Market, HP, Samsung, Lego, Xbox, Le Creuset, Yankee Candle, Sennheiser, Hotel Chocolat, T2, Nicky Clarke, OnePlus, Microsoft, PlayStation, Canon, Nescafe Dolce Gusto and more will be showcasing deals; there’ll be cocktail masterclasses, cooking demos, beauty treatments, hair styling, grooming sessions, yoga and video screenings; and a load of prize giveaways too.
