down to The Butcher in Leadenhall Market tomorrow, where London chef, Joe Gray from Kenza (Levant Group) will be cooking a unique Welsh Lamb dish. This six week celebration of Welsh Lamb will take place every Wednesday from 12:00pm until 2:00pm, offering dishes inspired by cuisines of the world.The line-up includes some of London’s top restaurants (such as Arbutus, Kenza, Café Spice Namasté and L’Anima) cooking dishes to sample free of charge.
