ALL MY SISTERS
RELEASED: 23RD MARCH 2015

Over a decade in and still one of the most exciting bands about, Wakefield’s triumphant trio The Cribs release their sixth studio album this month and yep, they’re still as wooing on the eardrums as ever. ‘For All My Sisters’ (March 23rd) runs like a classic pop album, with anthemic hooks and classic Cribs catchiness laying foundation to a resonating wall of sound built with crashing drums, avant-garde guitar and fetchingly feverent vocals. The twelve track manifestation of melodic stylings manages to produce a uniquely bold sound with a credibly commercial appeal.

From the smack in the face strong opener ‘Finally Free’ to the calmer, more jangley ‘Simple Story’ to the we need to see this live then we can die happy appeal of ‘Pink Snow, it’s very hard to find anything that even comes close to a filler and for this, sisters of the Jarman borthers, we are well jel of you.

‘For All My Sisters’ is out 23rd of March
