MON 8TH JUNE 2015, UPSET THE RHYTHM

Creativity, clamour and clever hooks, London based four piece Sauna Youth’s sophomore album has been racking up the love at LOTI for the past while. Released June 8th, ‘Distractions’ is a fourteen track bouncy yet brainy compilation of exhiliratingly explosive guitar pop. A frenzy of noise packed punk and expirimental undertones all held together with an unstoppable energy and impossibly addictive melodies, the album is released following a split seven inch with the groups’ other moniker Monotony and a date at Sounds of The Other City. Newly signed to Upset The Rhythm, the quartet have also revealed plans of a UK and European tour later in the year continuing their seemingly ongoing mission to excite us. Which they do, very well indeed.
