If year after year on you’ve missed out tickets to Afro Nation festival, you’re finally in luck as the team has announced a brand new concept for 2025, this time based right here in London.
Since its launch in 2019, Afro Nation has grown into a global powerhouse, uniting Afrobeats fans in Portugal and Ghana. Having grown from strength to strength, the festival now pulls in the world’s biggest artists across Afrobeats, amapiano and rap genres. Previous headline acts include Burna Boy, Wizkid, Davido, 50 Cent, Nicki Minaj and Megan Thee Stallion.
Now, in continuation of its 5th anniversary celebration this summer, Afro Nation is heading to the UK for the first time. This November, in partnership with Afrosport Network and Unity Cup, the team will launch Afro Nation United: The Road to the Unity Cup – a new platform linking music, sport and culture across the Black diaspora.
The debut will take over Drumsheds, London’s 15,000-capacity venue, promising the biggest indoor celebration of Black music and sport in the UK. It’s three stages will showcase the sounds influencing Afro Nation’s key genres, with the likes of Stylo G, Darkoo, Shiiva, Jae5 Odumodublvck × Shallipopi, Kwamzy, and more on the line-up. This event is almost guaranteed to sell out so if you want tickets, you’ll have to snag them quick.
