ADVENTURES OF ARRACK DINNER SERIES AT HOPPERS

It’s put Sri Lankan food in the spotlight and now Hoppers is doing the same for the country’s national spirit, Ceylon Arrack, with the Adventures of Arrack dinner series taking place at the King’s Cross restaurant. Made from the sap of the coconut tree, Arrack is a 100% natural spirit and is the perfect base for punches and cocktails. As well as an Arrack Punch on arrival, you’ll get to try four different paired Arrack cocktails like the Toddy Tapper (Pineapple Ceylon Arrack, Coconut Campari, orange blossom & soda) and the Green Gimlet (Ceylon Arrack, discarded mango skins, amchoor & lime), along with a four-course dinner, including dishes like mutton rolls & devilled paneer, bone marrow varuval & roti, aubergine kari hoppers with sambols & rice, and chocolate biscuit pudding. Tickets are £70 and you get a goodie bag thrown in too.
