After launching a rooftop restaurant for the first time earlier this spring, The Dorchester is now bringing in guest chefs to take over the space and it’s currently the turn of Mexican chef Adriana Cavita, who’s worked at the likes of El Bulli and Pujol. For her residency she’s serving a menu that showcases traditional Mexican flavours with dishes like citrus ceviche with sea bream, crab tostada with candy beetroots & chipotle crema, baja fish tacos, suckling pig tacos, Puerto Nuevo lobster with green mole & tomatillo, and corn cake with dulce de leche.
The Dorchester bartenders have created a range of Mexican-inspired cocktails, like the Cavita Margarita, to go with her menu, and because this is London and not Tulum, there are umbrellas and heaters up on the roof to keep you warm and dry.
