A TASTE OF THE ENGLISH COUNTRYSIDE HITS DALLOWAY TERRACE

Sustainable single-estate spirits producer Ramsbury is bringing the English countryside to central London with a takeover of Dalloway Terrace. The two-month Estate of Mind pop-up will feature a floral installation made from silk daisies, larkspur and delphiniums, in a nod to the wild flowers found on the Ramsbury Estate in Wiltshire. Even the wood that the bar is made from comes from the estate to really showcase Ramsbury’s sustainable, closed-loop, quality-focused approach to production.

Created in partnership with the Crucible and Giovanni Spezziga, General Manager at the Dalloway Terrace, the bespoke cocktail menu features traditional serves given a makeover with ingredients grown on the estate. You can sip on the likes of The Bell (Ramsbury Single Estate Gin with apricot, black olive and rosemary), The Estate Spritz (Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka with green apple, basil and strawberry) and the Wiltshire Snapper (Ramsbury Single Estate Gin, tomato, lemon and hot sauce). Ramsbury has updated the traditional cocktail with a sustainable ‘on-tap’ serve in keeping with the brand’s ‘Estate of Mind’ ethos of tradition improved by innovation in the pursuit of perfection.

If you’re more of a G&T drinker, there’s a serve for you on the menu and you’ll be able to finish it just the way you like it with botanicals and garnishes like rosemary, quince and dried apple from the estate. Chin chin.
