Neapolitan restaurant ‘O ver, known for its pure sea water pizzas, is launching the limited edition Purer Pizza to coincide with World Ocean Day. The pizza will be on the menu at the St James’s branch of ‘O ver for a week, with 100% of the profits going to Plastic Oceans UK to help their mission to prevent plastic pollution from reaching the ocean within a generation. As pure sea water is a key ingredient at ‘O ver, the conservation of the world’s oceans is a cause close to the restaurant’s heart.
