A.O.K TO OPEN IN MARYLEBONE

If you’re following a gluten and dairy-free diet then everything’s a ok for you at this new bakery and restaurant opening in Marylebone. A.O.K, with Jacob Willemsen (formerly of Chiltern Firehouse) as GM, will be serving up a menu that’s limited in gluten, dairy and refined-sugar.

Drawing influence from both the West Coast and the Med, you can expect dishes like acai and coconut bowls; blueberry pancakes; a nutritious take on the fry up; sea bass ceviche; gluten-free gnocchi; and BBQ lamb chops in the restaurant, with Sebastian Chiono, head baker at the Arts Club, taking charge in the bakery.
