From the same people behind the Catford Food Market, the Lewisham Food Market will debut in August
The multi-award-winning Catford Food Market is getting a sister site this summer as the Lewisham Food Market will pop up for the first time in August. Set to occur on the first Sunday of every month, the LFM will be stacked with street food stalls and produce from indie makers, set within the Cornmill Gardens, which overlook the River Ravensbourne.
At the moment, 20 traders are confirmed to be selling at the inaugural market. Among those will be Mandala (specialising in Himalayan dumplings), Rocks Oysters, Tanio Pizza, Thai Friday, Raastawala (who make kati rolls, which are Indian paratha wraps), La Mad (low intervention wine sellers) and Jamie Ferments. SE Londoners: make sure you keep the first Sunday of the month free.
