The team behind Topgolf and Puttshack are lining up another classic pastime with this two-floor, 21,000 sq ft playground landing at 100 Liverpool Street in early 2026. It’s the familiar clack of cues and balls, but with a serious tech glow-up. Each table uses real-time AI to read your game and shift the difficulty, so newcomers aren’t left scratching their heads and seasoned sharks actually have to work for their bragging rights. It’s giving sides-up-at-the-bowling-alley energy, and we’re into it. There’ll be five game modes at launch, mixing the regulars with faster plays to keep the pace high.
Inside, Poolhouse leans into old-school glamour with a wink to vintage Vegas, anchored by a 20-metre bar shaking cocktails created with 50 Best Bar Three Sheets. They’re also taking their Guinness operation very seriously – think upgraded coolers, lines, taps, even the glass-washers – all to make sure every pint lands exactly how it should. And yes, there’s food: New American and built for sharing, a big step up from the usual selection of scampi fries.
