Giddy up for The Horsemen & Fitzgerald’s
Kentucky meets Dublin in London as dual concept The Horsemen and Fitzgerald’s gallops into Broadgate Circle this April. The American-Irish pub and clubhouse will feature two distinct but complementary spaces connected by horse racing and equestrian culture.
At the front will be The Horsemen (opening on 7th April), an Irish pub with Guinness on draught, a large selection of Irish whiskies and American bourbons behind the bar, and live horse racing on the telly. Behind that will be Fitzgerald’s (opening on 13th April), a jockey club-inspired dining room with an all-day transatlantic menu curated by Executive Chef Esteve Prats Grau. Expect dishes like:
- American waffles with chocolate praline
- Irish breakfast with black treacle bacon, fried eggs, mushrooms, roast tomatoes, black pudding, hash browns and farls
- Kentucky fried chicken
- lamb shank pie
- Irish beef steaks
- turbot cassoulet with espelette sauce
- bourbon chocolate truffles
- Kentucky Derby pie
Speaking about the opening, Esteve Prats Grau said: “Our menu is about two food cultures that have more in common than people realise, generosity, good produce, and cooking that brings people to the table. Whether you start your morning here or end your evening, we want every guest to feel the warmth of that story.”
