A HONEY BAR IS OPENING IN PECKHAM
A ‘honey-focused’ bar is opening in Peckham in March from local mead (booze made from fermented honey) producers Gosnells. The bar, called Gosnells Upstairs at the Coal Rooms, will be, you guessed it, on the first floor of the Coal Rooms restaurant.
As well as pouring mead flights, with flavours including gooseberry, salted and pink hibiscus, and honey-based cocktails, the bar will serve up paired dishes from the restaurant and be used to host mead masterclasses and supper clubs. Buzzing.
