If you’ve been counting down the days until you can get your hands on something pumpkin spiced, we’ve got some good news. Autumn is almost here and we’ve got just the thing for all you hot chocolate, pumpkin spice and toffee apple fans. We’ve teamed up with Knoops, the renowned chocolate drinks brand founded by Jens Knoop, for an exclusive hot chocolate tasting workshop to celebrate the arrival of autumn and the launch of seasonal goodies, including toffee apple marshmallows and pumpkin spice hot chocolate (and this is proper pumpkin spice, made using natural ingredients and not those artificial syrups you find elsewhere).
Knoops takes the chocolate drinks game very seriously. They have over 20 different chocolates varying in cocoa percentage and origin, ranging from 28% White to 100% Extra Dark; five different dairy-free and plant-based milks; and 21 flavour add-ons, like sea salt, orange zest, chilli and cinnamon, to create drinks with. And thanks to their Knoopology personalisation process, where you choose the chocolate percentage, the milk, the add-ons and whether you want a hot chocolate, an iced chocolate or milkshake, everyone gets the best chocolate drink possible.
At this exclusive tasting event at the Knoops Chelsea store, all you chocoholics will be able to truly indulge. After some Cacao Bellinis and baked sweet treats, founder Jens will speak about the history of the brand and then it’s onto the chocolate tasting, where he’ll lead you through the Knoopology process and explain the complexities of the flavours you’ll be trying. And just in case that wasn’t enough chocolatey goodness, you’ll also get a tote bag stuffed with a Knoops recipe book, a tube of chocolate flakes, a tube of toffee apple marshmallows and a recipe card to take home too.
