Deep fried spaghetti inside a burger? Honest Burgers and Pastaio have teamed up to make it a thing. The Oxford Circus branch of Honest Burgers has taken inspo from neighbours Pastaio and their nduja toastie and turned it into a special, only available at that restaurant. The Honest x Pastaio burger features a beef patty topped with smoked mozzarella, honey & nduja mayo, crispy fried spaghetti, rocket and pickles, served with Honest’s signature rosemary salted chips.
The pasta-burger hybrid comes in at £12.50 and you can only get it in Oxford Circus…if there’s a burger worth journeying into town for, it’s this one.
