A £250 Menu at Ministry of Sound

The London club is turning its main dancefloor into a DJ-soundtracked dining room

Ministry of Sound’s legendary main room, The Box hosts Last Orders on Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th September, a five-course dinner from Michelin-starred chef Brad Carter with a soundtrack curated by house DJ Ralph Lawson, marking Ministry of Sound’s 35th anniversary. The menu traces house music’s geography rather than just its history: a deep-dish pizza filled with braised squid and nduja for Chicago, a lobster and prawn roll crossed with Cantonese-style prawn toast for New York, and a fine-dining take on Berlin’s late-night lamb kebab. Lawson plays Chicago, Balearic and UK house tracks timed to each course, before an intimate DJ set once dinner wraps up.
