collaboration that will have you screaming ‘Christ On A Bike’ involves The Rib Man who has taken up residency at Covent Garden’s Joe’s Southern Kitchen and Bar to serve up super HOT chicken. We went along to find out ‘the burning issue’.

Using extra HOT Christ On A Bike sauce The Rib Man is on fire…and setting alight the mouths of diners with what has been labelled the “hottest chicken in London”. We beg of you to take advantage the corn bread muffin and slaw to help take ‘the edge off’. Still as intense as the heat packed inside the fried chicken is, it is addictive…no more than a minute after we’d regain the feeling in our mouth, we’d find ourselves chopping at it again.
