is all about relaxing with your family and thinking about all the bad things that happened in the 12 months that came before while scoffing your face with the last few Quality Street that no-one else wanted… well at least that’s what we thought.

Yuck had other plans and decided to spend their festive period conjuring up new tunes for us to enjoy in the form of a four tack EP this spring.

The first to be released from this new batch is Athena – a song that drifts peacefully along with lulling lyrics before punching you in the face with heavy drums and screeching guitars and then pretending that nothing ever happened. Judging by this first track, this EP is going to be pretty special, so we’re off to constantly refresh their Facebook page until they post the rest.
