Mortimer House has tapped Jenny Phung of Ling Ling’s as the next chef to take part in their guest chef series. She’ll be doing two nights of Chinese feasting with a menu of Ling Ling’s classics like pickled chiili beansprouts, hummus with doubanjiang mushrooms & deep fried wonton skins, king prawn & chicken wontons with crispy chilli oil, crispy duck on Ling Ling’s hoisin salad, Sichuan tofu udon noodles with courgette & shimeji mushrooms, and matcha & white chocolate tiramisu.
