EMILIA’S CRAFTED PASTA TO OPEN IN CANARY WHARF

London is blessed with plenty of great pasta places and one of our faves, Emilia’s Crafted Pasta, is getting ready to open its third and largest site in Canary Wharf this month. The Emilia’s family is already slinging fresh pasta in Aldgate and St Katharine Docks, and now it’s moving further east to open a 100-cover spot in Canary Wharf’s new neighbourhood Wood Wharf. Inside it’ll have a trattoria vibe (like the kind you’d find in Italy’s Emilia Romagna region) featuring natural terracotta-plastered walls, marble counters and hand-painted Italian tiles, whilst outside you’ll be treated to views of the water. You’ll also be able to play bocce (that’s Italian-style bowling) at the custom 4-metre bocce table inside the new spot.

And just like the other locations, all the pasta will be made in-house with the menu featuring signature dishes like their 4-hour slow-cooked pappardelle béchamel bolognese and casarecce with Genovese basil pesto, with new Wood Wharf additions like homemade parmesan crisps made with 24-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano DOP. Drinks-wise, you can expect a cocktail menu based on locally sourced fresh fruits mixed with Italian spirits. Buonissimo! And if you wanna get in there first, Emilia’s Crafted Pasta is knocking 50% OFF total bills during the soft launch, running from 14th – 27th February.

Opens Mon 28th February 2022
12 George Street, Wood Wharf, E14 9QG
