Atul Kochhar is firmly back on the London restaurant scene. Not only has he recently opened Kanishka in Mayfair, he and his restaurant partner Tina English are already on to the next one, opening Mathura in Westminster this autumn. And the pair is going big – the 200-cover Mathura will be housed inside the Grade-II listed former Westminster Fire Station.
We don’t have any menu deets just yet but we’re expecting the food to be Indian fine-dining, making use of the best British produce. Stay tuned for more.
