Jidori has already brought us the cheeseburger katsu sando, putting the burger inside a sandwich, and now Lucky Chip and Tata Eatery are doing the reverse, putting the katsu sando inside a burger. The Katsu Don features two slices of Iberian pork katsu, LC’s mac sauce, Tata’s katsu sando jam, cheese, cabbage and pickles stuffed in a sesame seed bun, and our mouths are already watering.
You can get your chops around this bad boy at all Lucky Chip sites as well as at The Sir Colin Campbell in Kilburn, which is where Tata Eatery is currently residing.
