London in The Sky, the city’s TOTALLY open air restaurant, is back for another stint of dining over the London skyline. This time not one but THREE 22-seater tables will be suspended 100ft over the Southbank, with each serving a menu from Pascal Aussignac of Michelin-starred Club Gascon, Robin Gill of Sorella and Lee Westcott of Typing Room. There’ll be both lunch and dinner services throughout the pop-up, with the chefs themselves joining for two days too.
