All Points East kicked off with a bang over the Bank Holiday Weekend and there’s still a whole more three days of music and festival fun ahead with the APE Presents series of headline shows. And the JägerHaus will be back in action too with the likes of The Big Moon, Superfood, Yowl, Lady Bird, Sweaty Palms, LIFE, Sports Teams and more providing the tunes. As well a hot musical line-up, the JägerHaus is also home to some cool drinks and we’re not just talking about ice cold shots, though they’re great too.
Jägermeister actually works super well in cocktails thanks to its complex nature – there are 56 botanicals in the spirit including citrus peel, star anise ginger, cardamon and cinnamon, and it’s made to the exact same recipe as it was way back in 1934 – so it’s a great way to bring other flavours together. The Purple Stag has a double measure of Jägermeister in it but it’s not overpowering at all and just enhances the berry notes in the drink. So if you thought the spirit was only good for Jägerbombs, swing by the Jägerhaus over the weekend and get sipping on some proper Jägermeister cocktails.
