Festival season is in full swing, and whilst they offer you the chance to leave reality behind and embrace things you never normally would, like flower crowns, fancy dress and half a ton of glitter, to have a successful and stylish fest, there are a few things you shouldn’t go without. If your heading out to warmer climes, a classic pair of denim cut-offs and a flesh-flashing lace top should do you just fine, but if you’re staying closer to home, a solid pair of boots and rain coat will protect you against the inevitable. Practical doesn’t mean boring though, so look for pieces with bold patterns and graphic slogans, and mix as many textures and fabrics as you can. Metallics meets mohair meets leather…so good. And don’t forget the statement sunnies; a mirrored pair will shield the sun and hide the hangover nicely.
