Hook is all about sustainable fish, line caught in Cornwall and delivered daily by The Flying Fish Seafood Company, meaning they are extra fresh.  Instead of the standard deep-fried fish, Hook use a healthier Tempura batter allowing you to enjoy the nations fave dish without the guilt.
