As there’s no big name chef behind the Glass Room it’s hard to know what the food is like but the modern British menu features dishes like Severn and Wye smoked salmon and celeriac remoulade; slow-cooked rump of lamb with shepherd’s pie confit; and pistachio and apricot torte, and you can also set sail for afternoon tea and Sunday lunch.
