The Collective Canary Wharf, the world’s largest co-living space, is welcoming even more people through its doors with new restaurant and lounge Mthr. Located on the 20th floor – yes that does mean you get some epic views of the city skyline – Mthr will be open to the public as well as to The Collective members and it’ll have you covered from morning to night.
As well as serving a la carte menus for breakfast and all-day dining, Head Chef Arnaud Delannay (formerly of VIVI, Trafalgar St James Hotel and Darwin Brasserie) has also created the Market Table, featuring a changing mix of seasonal salads, meats and fish. Dishes here will include the likes of five spiced pork shoulder bao buns, whole sea bream with harissa and NY Shorthorn 8oz Ribeye steak.
