Modern Swiss restaurant Heritage is opening in Soho and if you’re a fan of fondue and raclette, this is gonna be the place for you. As well as being able to get in on the action yourselves with table-top charbonnade grills and meat, seafood and veggie fondue, the open kitchen will be turning out dishes like dry-aged steak tartare with beetroot and yoghurt, lobster tart with roasted fennel, rosti with maple glazed lardons and shaved truffle, and raclette with Cobble Lane charcuterie. And there’s a 200-strong wine list, with plenty of Alpine varieties, to go with all of that cheesy goodness.

To celebrate the opening, Heritage is knocking 50% OFF food during the soft launch period 28th – 30th June. You’ll need a ressie if you want to take advantage though so get booking.
