Italian restaurant Cin Cin is already a local fave in Brighton & Hove and now founder David Toscano and head chef Jamie Halsall are bringing it up to London. Opening in Fitzrovia this May, this Cin Cin will serve up the same seasonal Italian food that they do down south, with a mix of classic dishes, handmade pastas and new creations on the menu, such as Scottish scallop with San Marzano and smoked chilli, fennel & tapenade butter; chicken Milanese with giardinera salad & wild garlic emulsion; and espresso tart with chocolate & hazelnut crumble and date ice cream.
