Latin American bar and restaurant Cha Cha already has branches in Maida Vale and Mayfair, and now it’s gone to Notting Hill for site number three, in partnership with clothing label Sister Jane. The brand has a first-floor showroom and second-floor studio sandwiched in between the Cha Cha-run rooftop bar, ground floor restaurant and downstairs secret garden. The interiors – think 70s vibes with retro furniture and an autumnal colour palette – bring the two brands together.
The menu, developed by Anthony Garlando (ex Zuma) mixes Latino and Mediterranean flavours. Brunch dishes include acai bowls, cachapa corn pancakes with pulled short rib and Smokin’ Brothers’ salmon with creme fraiche & capers. You’ve then got the likes of tuna tiraditos, charred baby gem with anchovies & pecorino, butternut squash quinoa salad, robata grilled octopus, and autumn fruit pavlova with rose cream on the all-day menu.
