Brigade Bar & Kitchen, the social enterprise restaurant (it has a partnership with the Beyond Food Foundation charity) inside a Grade II-listed fire station in London Bridge, is knocking 50% OFF food during weekend brunch and lunch in August.
The menu celebrates big sharing cuts and wood fire cooking, with dishes like burrata with heritage tomatoes, and smoked honey; buttermilk fried chicken & waffle with Burford Brown fried egg and pickled chilli; bubble & squeak, bacon and egg brioche bun with Haigh’s black pudding; Cornish rump of Dexter beef with horseradish; and slow roasted Middlewhite pork loin, burnt apple and summer slaw.
