After closing their pasta restaurant, Nonna Tonda founders James and Rebecca decided to start delivering the pasta direct to people instead via a subscription service. All Nonna Tonda pasta is made fresh in the morning and delivered with homemade sauces, Parmesan and garnishes the same day, and it takes less than five minutes to get it from box to plate.

The menu changes weekly, with one meat and one vegetarian pasta on offer, so you’re always in for an exciting and interesting bowl of pasta. Dishes have included Venetian squid ink spaghetti with braised cuttlefish and pangratto, pici with Tuscan sausage and fennel, and rainbow chard, spinach & ricotta ravioli with walnut sauce. The boxes fit through the letterbox so you don’t have to be in to get your pasta but it’s easy to skip any weeks you don’t want.
