celebration of opening their second ever site in Islington, fried chicken specialists BIRD are having a 50% soft launch for ONE WEEK ONLY from Thursday 1st October before they officially open on Thursday 8th October 2015. The restaurant, which is located in a restored North London pub, will have a new menu tailored around its trademark free-range – and gluten-free – fried chicken but THIS TIME there’s a strong focus on fried chicken burgers which includes The West Coast burger which is a nod to California with crispy fried chicken, fresh guacamole and pickled jalapenos.

And to wash it all down BIRD have partnered with Camden Town Brewery to offer a selection of draft beers that complement the restaurant’s extensive selection of craft cans and bottles…OH YEAH.
