If you haven’t heard the news, Alphabet, which closed in Soho in 2013 is relaunching in Islington and to celebrate, they’re knocking off 50% OFF food during their soft launch period. The food menu features Mediterranean-inspired dishes such as zaalouk salad of chargrilled aubergine, chilli and sesame; lazy wife spice marinated lamb with spinach and rosemary yoghurt; and flatbreads loaded with Iberico ham, sobrassada, manchego and sun-dried tomatoes. The cocktails sound just as good with the likes of C-Breeze, a reimagined version of the original bar’s bestseller, a panettone-infused negroni and the daily-changing Kitchen Confidential.
Half price grub is available for a week but make sure you’ve registered in advance if you want those bargains.
