guys behind 100 Hoxton have been cooking up this one for a while, but 100 Islington is about to open on Upper Street. The Pan-Asian restaurant will fuse Asian and Middle-Eastern flavours to create a menu of small sharing plates. So expect dishes to include Singapore soft shell chilli crab with peanut & lime and chargrilled pork belly with aubergine, burnt goats cheese, pine nuts, tahini and harissa.
