We’ve got already got a prosecco festival so really it was only a matter of time before London got a prosecco bar. Opening in February in the One Tower Bridge development, Prosecco House will have over 20 different types of prosecco on the menu, including bottles from five vineyards that are not available anywhere else in town. You can drink it by the glass, bottle or magnum, get it in a cocktail and even buy bottles to take home with you. And to go with all that Venetian fizz, the bar will serve up a menu of cichetti including salami, prosciutto, pickled artichoke and gorgonzola with sundried tomatoes. Cheers to that.
