Stevie Parle already has his fingers in a lot of pies with Rotorino, Dock Kitchen, Craft London, Palatino and Sardine, and now he’s adding one more to the collection with his new restaurant Pastaio, recently opened in Carnaby. As you might guess from the name, it’s all about pasta at this place, with the menu featuring everything from tonarelli cacio e pepe to potato and gravy ravioli to long fusilli, crab, courgette and yellow tomato. The drinks are just as good, with prosecco and aperol slushies joining beers and regional Italian wines.
