Nothing says summer quite like tapas (even when the weather doesn’t) so we’ve teamed up with Social Wine & Tapas to giveaway a meal for four plus wines selected from their wine shop, so you can go for another round at home too. Executive sommelier Laure Patry is responsible for the wine offering at Social Wine & Tapas, which includes dynamic wines from around the world, vintages and bottles from small producers. Jason Atherton and head chef Marcus Rohlen have taken care of the tapas side with plates like crispy duck egg with confit leg, grains and Périgord truffle; confit sea trout with wasabi, radish, cucumber, soda bread; and Cumbrian lamb rump with spring greens, salsa verde and anchovy.
