Originally just an Independence Day special, The Big Matt Burger has now been turned into a whole meal at Hawksmoor. Created by executive chef Matt Brown, the burger is made up of two beef patties with Hawksmoor special sauce, Sparkenhoe Red Leicester cheese, shredded iceberg, onions and homemade pickles. And if you’re having The Big Matt Meal you’ll get a side of Hawksmoor’s LEGENDARY dripping fries and Shakey Pete’s Ginger Brew. Yes, this is a fancy Big Mac and we’re totally in.
