Moët & Chandon is setting up shop At The Hampshire Lounge Bar in Leicester Square this summer to celebrate their new Ice Impérial champagne – the world’s first champagne designed specifically to be served over ice. By day the pop-up will serve a ‘High Tea’ with chocolate & vanilla scones, and almond macarons with raspberry & champagne ganache, and by night it will be ‘Le Thé Du Soir’; a unique evening tea experience that includes a mini steak tartare, crispy calamari and a pomegranate & apple salad. Oh and each tea will, of course, be accompanied by Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial. The signature teas and à la carte menu featuring Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial inspired dishes will be served from the 18th June after they launch with a Moët Party Day on the 17th June.
