meatliquor’s michelin-star burger

Yeah, you read that right, MEATliquor are creating a Michelin-star burger. How might you ask? Well MEATliquor Queensway are hooking up with London’s ONLY Michelin-star pub, The Harwood Arms to put a spin on their ‘Dead Hippie’ burger. The ‘Dead Bambi’ spesh is made from double fallow deer and pork patty, aged cheddar cheese, bone marrow celeriac remoulade, pickled walnuts and Oxford sauce, and comes served with cauliflower cheese croquettes, bread & butter pickle garnish and fries. Sound delish? Well this bad boy is around for one day only and costs £25 for burger, fries, croquettes, Jägermeiseter ice cream and either a can of Meantime or glass of Argento Malbec – which is pretty damn good when you think about it! But tickets are selling fast so if you want to get your mitts around that Michelin star burger, you better book now.
