Festival fave Saucy Chip is going permanent, moving from their red, white and blue truck into Fitzrovia’s Jerusalem Bar & Kitchen. Of course their signature hand cut, triple cooked chips will be taking centre stage, alongside their Sauce Bar which’ll feature over 20 sauces from Rib Man’s Holy F**K Sauce to a South African garlic peri peri. You’ll also be able to tuck into a range of burgers, including the Saucy Chic with buttermilk chicken and the Double Whammy stacked with two beef patties. The puds will be just as gooey with caramel brownies and s’more ice cream sarnies, so expect things to get very saucy indeed.
