Brighton based outfit Fickle Friends might have been around for the few years but now they are really smashing it. Pumping out synth-pop like it’s going out of fashion, Fickle Friends fill their tracks with killer hooks, heavy synths and electro beats – it’s indie-tinged, but pop through and through.
After signing to Polydor last year they’ve played SXSW and released a string of singles including ‘Swim’, ‘Cry Baby’, ‘Brooklyn’ and most recently ‘Hello Hello’, which came together in a home studio they built in an Airbnb. Each track stands on its own and is ramping up the excitement for their debut album which is due to be released later on this summer. With lots of gigs in the pipeline and brand new music, you’ll soon want those Fickle Friends to become your best friends…
