Get high at Bōkan, a new restaurant, bar and open-air terrace opening above Canary Wharf’s Novotel. Sitting on floors 37-39, Bōkan has panoramic views across London and will house the biggest gin collection in town – where better to have a night cap?! When it comes to the food Aurelie Altemaire, formerly Head Chef at Michelin-starred L’Atelier de Jöel Robuchon, will be taking care of things. So expect a modern European menu with British produce inlcuding the likes of squid with ratatouille, Scottish salmon with wasabi green bean salad and Rhug Estate lamb cutlets from the Josper grill.
