Open for just one day, the cafe sees British Lion Eggs hook up with Simon Rimmer to create a rather EGG-cellent menu of one-pot dishes. Cooking up a rolled omelette slice, no-bread burrito, egg & chorizo casserole and shakshuka, the Sunny Side Up Cafe is here to show you how great eggs are for your wallet and your health. And with each dish costing only £3 a pop and all profits going to Alder Hey Children’s Charity, it’s win-win all round.
